Offering the best discount of any program we have, each athlete gets SIX workouts to complete in a two week period. Choose between our Sports Performance Classes or Next Level Basketball Classes to fit your needs.

Got basketball covered but need to get stronger, faster and in shape before tryouts? Choose 6 Sports Performance classes for strength, agility and vertical jump work.


Choose a mixture of basketball and strength training. After 2 weeks is completed, you can start the program all over again…keeping in shape, and improving to be ready for tryouts!
