Here at Pro-Fit, we offer Basketball & Athletic Development training programs for boys and girls of all ages, regardless of skill level. If your goal is to just improve your general skill set or to have a chance to compete at the collegiate level and beyond, Pro-Fit has a program for you. Training is always done in small groups to ensure maximum one-on-one attention is given to all our athletes.

Our certified trainers have years of high-level collegiate (NCAA D1) and professional experience (NBA/ Overseas) in their respective sports. We know what it takes to make it to the highest level, what the recruiting process is like, and what college coaches are looking for when evaluating talent. We bring college/ professional level drills, attacks, concepts, and techniques to our clients early to better prepare them, and give them an advantage over the competition.In addition, we have NASM certified strength trainers to help our clients reach their maximum potential as athletes.
Lead Trainer/Owner (NASM CPT/ PES)
Julian played at Georgetown University on a full scholarship from 2008-2011. While there, Georgetown was ranked top 25 nationally his junior and senior years, and participated in the NCAA Tournament.
After graduation and a few workouts with the Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards, he went overseas to play professionally in Europe. During his career Julian played in Greece, Czech Republic, Russia, Belgium, Poland and Venezuela.
Coach J.R attended George Washington University, and led the team in scoring during the 2005-2006 season. During his time there, the team reached the NCAA Tournament two consecutive years.
After graduation, he was selected in the NBA Draft to the Los Angeles Lakers. He finished his career playing in various countries in Europe and Latin America.
Dwane played Division-II basketball for Virginia Union University and played professionally overseas in Europe for several years, and for the Harlem Globetrotters.
