Pro-Fit Elite Camp is the state’s premier basketball camp for players in the intermediate to advanced range. If your son or daughter enjoys the game of basketball, we can help them reach the next level. All of our instructors have years of experience playing and coaching basketball at a high level. Our coaches are passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals and are dedicated to providing our campers with an unforgettable experience that will leave them better prepared to compete on and off the court.
At Pro-Fit Elite Camp, we believe that becoming a great athlete requires more than just physical training. That’s why we offer a comprehensive program that combines physical development with mental strength exercises and nutrition education. Our program is designed to help each camper reach their full potential by equipping them with the necessary tools they need to succeed in life—on and off the court.
We understand that competition brings out the best in people. That’s why we strive to create a competitive atmosphere for our campers where they can challenge themselves and push their limits. We provide our campers with an opportunity to measure themselves against other talented athletes from around the region while still maintaining a supportive environment where everyone can learn and grow together as they work towards common goals.
- Film study: Campers will experience 30-40 minutes of film breakdown every day, watching how NBA players react to challenging situations. Players will be tasked with replicating the same situations every day of camp.
- Skill work: Players will be divided into small groups for dedicated skill work. Each player will have the opportunity for 250-300 jump shots every day with form adjustment/reinforcement as the primary goal.
- Strength training: All campers will be introduced to Pro-Fit’s Strength & Conditioning Program. All week long, your child will develop their speed & agility, vertical jump, and power.
- Competitive play: While 5v5 is important, Pro-Fit’s elite camp focuses extensively on 2v2 & 3v3 IQ and tactics. Players will receive more opportunities on both sides of the ball and will learn to translate new ideas into the real game.
