WINTER 2018-2019


If you are a current member of MVSA, you have an exciting opportunity to participate in our new Strength Development Program (SDP) during the winter months! If you are looking to improve your athlete’s vertical jump, footwork, and strength thru the winter, the SDP is for you!


The SDP is an affordable, results-driven MVSA program offering that will be aimed at the fastest possible athletic development for MVSA players. Players will be set up in groups of 8 or less for maximum attention and repetitions.

Each player who signs up gets two (2) one-hour sessions each month. Strength, Vertical Jump, Injury Prevention, and agility/ footwork drills will be implemented to help players achieve their full potential as athletes

In addition, players will be given strength, vertical, and speed evaluations at the beginning and end of the SDP, to track improvement and growth.


The SDP will officially kick off December 4th & 5th at 5:30 pm! The SDP will last 3 months, ending in late February.


The SDP will span 3 months, with two training sessions a month. Normally a $330 value, MVSA members will be able to train for $160 if signed up before December 1! If the deadline has passed, or just want to go month-to-month, it is only $65!

The 3 Month Package includes (2) one hour sessions each month. 6 sessions for just $160!


Month-to-Month includes 2 one-hour sessions for $65 a month!



During School Year

  • Monday-Friday: 4:30PM-8PM
  • Saturday: 10AM-5PM

Summer Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 2PM-8PM
  • Saturday: 10AM-5PM
