Julian Vaughn

Julian Vaughn, scholarship player for Georgetown University (2008-2011; ranked top 25 nationally during his junior and senior years), helped his team earn a coveted spot in the NCAA Tournament. Post-graduation, Julian was selected to work out with various NBA teams, including the Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards, ultimately deciding to begin his professional career abroad where he played in Greece, the Czech Republic, Russia, Belgium, Poland, and Venezuela.

J.R Pinnock

Height: 6’5
Weight: 210 lbs

Coach J.R. Pinnock attended George Washington University, leading his team in scoring during the 2005-2006 season. During his time at GW, J.R. impressively reached the NCAA Tournament two consecutive years. In 2006, Pinnock was selected by the Dallas Mavericks as the 58th overall pick in the NBA Draft and was later traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. In 2010, he won the Baloncesto Superior Nacional championship with Capitanes de Arecibo and repeated as champion in 2011.

Oliver Ellison

Height: 6’9
Weight: 210 lbs

Coach Oliver Ellison, a D.C native, played high school basketball in the prestigious WCAC conference for Gonzaga College High School where he was recognized as DPOY. Oliver received a full scholarship to Howard University where he played a pivotal defensive role, ranking in the top 10 all time in blocks (102). Post-graduation, Coach Oliver played professionally for two years in Africa. In 2019, he joined the Montgomery County Community College men’s basketball program as an assistant coach.

Christian Macauley

Height: 6’9
Weight: 240 lbs

Christian McCauley, Maryland native and standout star at Paint Brush High School in Burtonsville, played collegiate basketball at Texas A&M University where he was named Lone Star Conference DPOY and Lone Star Conference All-Defensive team. Impressively, during his 2013-2014 season, he tied for 13th in nation with 2.64 blocks per game. After his collegiate career, Christian was drafted to the Delaware 87ers in the NBA G-League and finished professional career overseas.
